I have an aiper model hj1102. It worked great last season. This year we put it in the water and cleaned the pool once. After that, the machine kept beeping and we put it on the charger. The charger said it was fully charged, but it will not turn on. I did hear some crackling as if some of the electronics might have been bad? I bought this from Amazon. Is there a warrant? How is the replacement the motor/electronic assembly?

Submit Your Own IssueUpon first use of the year, my Seagull 600 is moving very slowly in one direction. When running normally in one direction, it sits up against the pool side a long time before moving (slowly). Filter screen and all interior areas are clean, outflow flaps are moving freely (no obstructions). Handle tilts in the correct direction when moving (not obstructed).

But still won’t turn on. If I leave the power supply plugged in and push the power button. It beeps but the second I unplug it it stops. Seems to not gain power only when directly plugged in. Battery won’t seem to hold the charge?? Can this be replaced??

Once of the pins on the device appears to have some tip damage “rough feel at the top of the pin”
Charger stay on red. Will not change to green after 4 hour change . Unit seems that it is charged I push the button hear the beep submerged under the pool goes to the bottom. Moves. Forgot to time it. looks like it’s picking up. But very little dirt or debris. When I pulled it out to clean.

We have adjusted wheel every possible option still not working correctly,
