  2. Product was working fine. It finished its cleaning today, we removed it from the pool and switched it off. Note we plugged it in for charging and it started running instead of charging. We also have no led lights on the switch

  3. Hello! My Aiper Seagull Pro will not turn on unless it is plugged in. If you turn it on when it is plugged in, it will turn off if it is unplugged.

    If it is not plugged in, turning the dial from off to any of the on positions does nothing.

    The cleaner appears to be fully charged, as the dial ring is solid green

  4. I bought an Aiper Seagull Pro robot. I fully charged the battery before using it. I turned it on and placed it in the pool… when it reaches the bottom, the red LEDs start flashing and it doesn’t work. Can someone help me?

  5. So my Seagull pro has not been taking a charge. At the start of the season I noticed that even after charging overnight despite having tha green status it would run for a shorter time before it ran out of battery. Now even with green light status on control knob it won’t move and it turns red almost immediately.

  6. This is the third time I have used it since I received it new. I charged it check the lights. The one on the machine was green. The one on the box for the charging wire was green. I cleaned out the box that would get anything from the dirty pool out. I put it in the water. It does a quick turn of the two spinner fans on the top. Then the green circle goes out and you can see a red light underneath that dial blinking. I’ve tried it four times. It still does the same thing I am very unhappy.

  7. Seagull pro is fully charged. When I turn it in it is beeping nonstop, short and long beeps. When I put it in water it moves slightly in the same spot. And that is all it does. It was purchased last year

  8. The device miss some areas. It seams that is not understand a ordinary reactangukar pool whit 10 x 5 meteres. Seams blind. It shows erratic trajectories e and not in organized lines. I follow all verifications and suggestions and the problems remains.

  9. My Aiper Seagull Pro Charger that I bought last summer has a short in it. Every time I plug the charger it trips the GFI. Tried it w/o plugging it into Seagull Pro and it still tripped GFI. I bought it thru Amazon and they do not have the correct. They only have lite chargers. Cannot pay $135 for a new one. Please help

  11. Mine is similar to others. I ran it once, re-charged, ran it once more. Then, a few days later, after I had re-charged it, I ran it a third time. It stopped running and sat at the bottom of the pool with red light blinking. Took it out, examined wheels, basket, etc. Tried again. No luck. It’s does the same thing.

  12. I have the seagull pro. It seems to be cleaning always the same 1/4 of my round 27 ft pool. When I try to set it in another location it corrects itself and goes back to the same area over and over. Is there a setting that can reset this memory? Do I need to pull it out of water and install it in a different location. I thought this was automated.

  13. My seagull pro worked great last summer, had no issues with it. This summer noticed when I place it in my 24′ radient pool, it stays around the center of the pool, slowing down to a crawl as it approaches the wall, then stops about 3-5 feet from the edge and returns to the middle. It’s fully charged and is cleaned and dried before being charged or stored.

  14. My aiper worked great last season. It was put away at the end of the season after being cleaned and when I got it out for the start of this season, charged it and tried to use it again it will not power on. It is beeping and lights up as if ready but once placed in the pool it shuts off and will not start running.

  15. I just took my Seagull Pro Vac out of storage, so I could open my pool for the season.. As soon as I properly started and placed the vac into my pool, the vac just keeps turning in circles.. It’s not going across the pool anywhere at all, it just keeps cleaning in the same circle continuously.. This is only my second season with this very expensive pool vac, so I certainly should not be having ANY problems with it.. It was only used for 2 months last year, so the vac is basically brand new… Please respond to this message so I can get my pool on for the season.. I can’t do it until I can vacuum it first..

First use and the front lifts up, doesn’t suck… seems completely lost and stuck in a corner of the pool… I contacted support by email who asked me to check the wheels of the robot… my old 1995 Zodiac does a better job…. in short, very disappointed… I’m going to try to retract this purchase… if possible, (less than 14 days)…

  19. Bought through AMZ. Shortly after I had to return for the recall and was sent new unit end of summer. It worked great for last few weeks of summer. Now, nothing but problems this year. Works for 5 seconds then shuts off. Dial is tough to turn. What a scam of a product.

  20. Currently my Aiper Seagull Pro is having trouble reducing buoyancy when cleaning along the bottom. This is first use after the winter and it just keeps “popping wheelies” (front end lifting up) when accelerating forward. Fans still seem to be ejecting air well enough to sink so I’m not sure what the problem is.

  22. Hello, I have just received my viper seagull pro today. It has completed on clean but missed an entire section of the pool. It also looked as if it was confused going over the same spots or just spinning its wheels on the spot while pressed to the wall for a long duration. Photo attached to show the area which it missed. Setting was floors and walls. It also only did the walls on one side of the pool.

First one lasted a couple months started having problems with the selector switch and then the battery blew up in the pool leaving black marks got absolutely no customer response for almost 2 months. Finally talked them into sending me a new one since I bought a new one received the new one lasted one day, now they have I’m sure deleted me from complaining, so I called Amazon, which I bought it from along with insurance and had absolutely no help from them so I very seldom buy parts or anything from Amazon either more which I was spending thousands a month their loss

  25. I purchased my Seagull Lite Robotic Pool Cleaner on 22 September 2023, So am lucky if I have had 8 week of use from this product. 
    I have followed all instructions and been diligent in how I have charged and stored it. While it appears to charge, I can’t move the dial to any of the function modes. It worked one day and not the next.
    Could you please let me know what the problem is and how it can be fixed. I live in Australia. I believe this product would still be under warranty. It is a lot of money for something that has worked less than a dozen times. Very disappointing.

  26. I’ve had my Aiper Seagull Pro for half a pool season, so maybe around 3 months. Now, when I turn it to floor mode, it comes on and lasts maybe 5 minutes, then shuts off as if the battery is dead. There are no lights on the dial at all. Charging it indicates it’s fully charged every time I plug it in.

  27. Aiper Seagull Pro. Bought one in June, worked great for a couple of months, stopped charging.

    So I (foolishly) bought another one in August (What’s that saying about insanity is when a person does something over and over again and gets the same results?) . Now both robots would charge and worked great … until yesterday. No charge. Charger is blinking green light.

    Has anyone had any luck getting their issue fixed using the warranty?

  28. I bought an “Aiper Seagull Pro” beginning of summer 2023 for over 700 Euro. Contrarily to some optimistic YouTube videos, it has yet to do anything promised or advertised. It cannot run in straight lines from one end to the other, in fact, it quickly chooses to move to the deep end and then just hangs around moving a few feet here and there at random, more or less in the same area kicking up dust. It ignores most of the pine needles and the occasional leave that it was advertised to be so good at picking up. The truth is, it isn’t much good at anything I expected and demand from a robotic pool cleaner. It was a stupid pool man you could train him, but this thing can’t be trained. It’s just an expensive mistake! I can clean my pool much faster and far better by hand.

Yesterday, after charging (green light blinking slowly and the red power indicator showing all good), as soon as I disconnected the power cord all lights went out and turning the selector knob showed no red light indicating the selection or any operation.   31. The vacuum is fully charged and when I put it in the water it lifts up a couple of times and then starts blinking red and nothing happens. Then it doesn’t do anything. I checked the filter and the wheels and everything looks fine. I’ve used it twice so far since getting it and it seemed to be fine.

  32. I got the seagull pro yesterday. Charged fully, watched it work last evening. Did pretty good job. Today tried to charge to use again, nothing happens. Read all available information to see if any tricks, tips. Everything seems fine except the thing doesn’t do anything when try to charge. Called customer service, clueless. Said if I’m within 30 day return period to return. Not very happy.

  33. My Aiper Seagull Pro is not working properly. It turns on fine an when I put it in the water the two fans turn moving streams of water up but the wheels do not turn. The cleaner just seat at the bottom of the pool just blowing water out of the two fans on the top of the cleaner. Out side the pool, the wheels appear to turn fine. They all have some resistance while turning the wheels. Two of them always turn at the same time. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem, please let me know.

  34. My Aiper Seagull Pro is not reading my inground pool. It seems to keep getting lost and going over the same spot several times. It is getting stuck on the steps. I had to manually move it from the steps. We just bought it and this is our 2nd use(same issue). The first time I used the wall and floor setting and it wasn’t climbing the wall. This time I did wall only and it keeps going in the same area.

    • I have the same problem. I newly bought an Aiper Seagull Pro and used it today for the first time today in floor mod but the device didn’t follow an “S” patern to clean the floor. The robot moved on the same axis along the Pool. I almost memorized the manual but nothing mentioned for this problem.

    • Mine worked perfectly until today. After fully charging and sealing the charging point, I turned knob 1/4 to the right and no light comes on. Put back on charger but it still won’t power up. Only had it since July. Bummer, I would like some answers but can’t get through to customer service.

  35. My seagull pro charges fully but once it’s in the water it hardly moves. It’s less than a month old and was running perfectly at first. We’ve checked for blockages, we dry the charging pin each and every time we charge it, the wheels have lots of resistance, the machine just doesn’t move in the water, no matter the setting!

Terrible Customer service—-called several times and could not get ahold of a customer service rep —- I have a few simple questions and wounder how do you replace the lithium battery when the times comes and how do you replace the rotor if it needs to be replace as stated on page 14 of my User Manual, I have the Aiper Seagull Plus which is working just fine as expected.

    • I purchased my Aiper seagull pro from a person who ordered it and sold their home so, he didn’t need it it was brand new the seals were not broken the unit work good for about 2 months. I reach out to Aiper and they refused to fix the issue even though I provided the information from the original owner they stated since I did not purchase it from them they can’t do anything the unit is only 3 months old what a disappointment on a company that will not back their product but they say 2 years warranty what a lie.
