Why does my cleaner get stuck on the main drain?
Each swimming pool has a different drain size. If yours is stuck at the drain, please contact the customer service to get the accessory kit.
What is the function for the included floating blocks?
t’s for increasing the buoyancy of the cleaner and improving the obstacle-surmounting ability and wall climbing function.
Why do the front wheels raise up?
1. Please make sure the air inside the cleaner is totally emptied.
2. The filter basket or impeller is blocked by pool dirt. Please clean the filter basket first in this case.
3. If the color of the filter basket changes, please use a brush to clean it;
4. If the tough dirt can’t be removed from the filter basket, please purchase a new filter.
Why does the switch get stuck?
This is the internal failure of the machine. Please contact the customer service to replace the drive kit or the machine.
The charging pin is corroded because of electrolysis.
1. Please contact the customer service to replace the driver kit for this condition.
2. Please mind that after each use, wipe the charging pin clean and dry with paper towel or cotton swab. Wait for a few minutes to let the moisture dry out before charging.
The light indicator in the charger is abnormal and flashes other colors
1. Please note that the charger indicator light has two colors, red means charging, and green means fully charged.
2. When the charger is not plugged into the product after the power is on, the light will be green.
3. When the charger is powered off, and the charging port is not unplugged from the machine, the light will be green.
4. The machine itself will not have any light indication when charging.
The red light indicator is on when the machine is running.
It means motor failure, please contact the customer service to replace the drive kit.
The robot can not run for 90 minutes.
1. Please charge the robot for 8 hours till the green indicator on the charger stays on;
2. If the battery life still can’t reach 90 minutes after charging for 8 hours, it is necessary to consider whether the machine is stuck or suspended somewhere in the pool, resulting in the machine idling
all the time and power-consuming.
3. Please check if it has been charged since the last run.
4. If it’s none of the above, please contact the customer service to replace the machine.
Why doesn’t it climb walls?
: 1. Check if the PVC roller brush is under excessive wear, if yes, please contact the customer service to replace the PVC roller brush;
2. Check if the gear teeth are off, if yes, please contact the customer service to replace the gear.
3. The wall radian is too big or the wall surface is too slippy. It doesn’t work for ceramic tile walls.
Why doesn’t my cleaner sink into the water? It just floats.
The filter basket is blocked by pool dirt so that the air can’t be emptied easily.
1. Please wash the filter basket IMMEDIATELY after each use in case of incrustations after dirt becomes dry, resulting in blockage to the filter grill;
2. Please hold the cleaner and fully submerge it into the water till no air bubbles come out before each use.
I have a Aiper Seagull 1500 and lately it’s been difficult to turn on and I notice the push lever switch was getting lose and I would have shift the switch up and down and yesterday it stopped. I took it apart today and where the switch is located I notice small magnetic slivers attached to the slider switch and it looked to be chared…

I have the Aiper 1500 Smart, bought it in July 2021. Where do you find a replacement filter? My snap broke on the basket. It works but I rather get a new one if I can find it. Will the other Aiper work on my unit?

Submit Your Own IssueMy robot isnt fully dicharging allowing it not to charge because the green light on the charger is on. This stops it from charging the battery. I have put it back in it goes for a bit then stops. Yellow light is on pull it out. Try to charge but green light is on charger.
