If you're experiencing issues with your Water Tech Pool Blaster Catfish pool equipment, you're not alone. Many users have faced similar challenges and have shared their experiences to help others troubleshoot and resolve these problems.
Just got our Catfish, and it seems to work quite well, but after one use, it was time to clean the filter bag. I’ve followed the instructions in the manual, but after removing the vacuum head, I cannot get the nose cone to rotate so that I can remove it.
It almost looks like there are very small “bumps” on the clear tabs of the nose cone, that appear to engage notches in the blue tabs of the body of the vacuum, that might be interfering with the rotation of the nose cone.
I’ve tried tapping lightly with a hammer, and even applied a little bit of “Liquid Wrench” spray to the areas where the tabs of the two parts contact each other, but no luck.
Ideas?
Thanks
