Hi, my vacuum’s hose has multiple tangles which causing not to function, I’ve tried straining by keeping it out in the sun, but nothing seems to work. Any tips?

It won’t let me select the mode to clean sides of pool. will only do mode that cleans the bottom only.

Our Polaris EPIC 8640 turns on when plugged in and then immediately shuts off. I have checked all the connections as well as all of the forums. Has anyone else had this issue and may know what the solution is? Used first in the summer of 2023.

My Polaris Epic 8650 has been working great and was working yesterday afternoon.
The unit is plugged in and clean – the unit will not start working. We have unplugged the control
unit and waited a couple minutes and plugged it back in and still not working. tried unplugging the comm connection and plugged it back in – not working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The is the start of our second season.

It goes in circles then will go straight just about 3 feet and start back with circles it is a Polaris epic 8640
