My unit is difficult to power up. Sometimes I have to unplug the unit to get it to turn off before I can power it back up for it to work. Getting it to function is strictly a hit or miss situation.

My Prowler 820 moves well in the pool but only stirs up dirt in the water. There’s nothing in the cartridge at the end of cleaning.
